He has extensive experience in product development of solid oral and topical dosage forms. Greg has led product development and technical operations groups within GSK and has extensive experience of reviewing and preparing CMC documentation for lifecycle management changes, due diligence and new marketing authorizations.
Greg has a breadth of experience in lifecycle management including formulation and process remediation, technology transfer and raw material changes.
Greg has led GSK’s OTC medicine product development group as well as led an external capability of CDMOs developing GSK’s consumer healthcare products.
Most recently Greg led the New Product Introduction team establishing the high quality, robust supply chains for innovation within the Skin Health Category. His team ensured all new products were scientifically robust and could be consistently manufactured at the right quality and cost. Greg was a member of the Technical Review Board providing technical governance for GSK’s new Skin Health products.
Greg holds a degree in Chemistry from the University of Hull and is a USP Expert Panel member supporting monograph revisions and modernization. Greg is an ICF trained coach and supported GSK’s talent programs. He lives in New Jersey, USA.
